WorkRate Coaching was founded by Caio Ross, currently a coach with QPR’s Under-10 PDP group, with previous academy experience at QPR and West Ham United. Caio is an FA-qualified coach and holds an FA scouting qualification.
Coaching staff include Coach Ollie and Coach Max, who are currently playing semi-professional football. The team’s coaching, playing and development experience informs sessions that aim to challenge players while supporting their growth.
Staff checks and qualifications should be verified and kept up to date. DBS and safeguarding details are provided where relevant.
We work to help players progress to the next appropriate level. Football pathways are competitive, and selection or signing is never guaranteed.

Our most recent signing success: Nino Gomez at Fulham FC. We’re proud to support players as they pursue their football ambitions.

WorkRate were invited to take part in a Nike tournament and finished runners-up — a memorable achievement for the players and staff.

Ador trains one-to-one with Coach Caio and currently plays for Barnet FC. We’re proud to see his hard work recognised as he represents the Kosovo national team.
These clubs have played a part in the WorkRate journey through showcase attendance, matches, player trials and signings, and other football development experiences.
From grassroots sessions to performance work and team experiences, we keep development at the centre.
